Cangzhou Zhongbo Xinkuo Metal Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It has now established a medium-sized specialized foundry. Our company is a professional manufacturer of building accessories and valve castings. The company covers an area of 10 acres and has more than 100 employees. We have an annual production capacity of 12000 tons of ductile iron castings. We are one of the largest manufacturers of building accessories and valve castings in North China.
Our company has multiple domestically advanced intermediate frequency melting furnaces and uses clay sand technology to produce cast iron parts. We can produce various grades of gray cast iron, alloy cast iron, and high-strength, high elongation ductile iron parts (including ADI ductile iron) for users. The factory is equipped with advanced and complete casting production testing equipment, including spectrometers, carbon and sulfur analyzers, metallographic microscopes, furnace analyzers, universal material testing machines, Brinell hardness testers, visible spectrophotometers, intelligent permeability strength testers, etc., which can provide reliable testing information for casting materials and internal quality. Our company introduced the XZZ416BF vertical parting automatic molding line and sand processing production line from Baoding Weier at the end of December 2018. This molding machine is a fully automatic molding machine in the field of clay sand molding, suitable for efficient and large-scale production of small and medium-sized castings with and without cores in the cast iron and non-ferrous metal casting industries. This machine has eliminated outdated production capacity, replaced a large part of manual labor, and has the advantages of high production efficiency, small footprint, low investment, fast results, high degree of automation, energy conservation and environmental protection. In November 2019, our company was rated as a B-level enterprise in the casting industry by the Cangxian Environmental Protection Bureau, and is currently undergoing an A-level enterprise evaluation.
